Navkiran Kaur, MS, OTR/L is the founder of Beyond OT and a pediatric occupational therapist. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University and has worked across outpatient clinics, schools, home health, and telehealth. Navkiran brings a playful, whole-child approach to her work and is especially passionate about supporting motor development, emotional regulation, and early childhood development. She believes therapy should be collaborative, meaningful, and rooted in respect for each child’s unique way of experiencing the world.
